Returns & Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in its original packaging.

The packing slip must be included in the return package so we can identify your order.
Customers are responsible for sending the item back to us within the 14-day return period.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for different sizes or items within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability.
If you would like to exchange an item:

Contact us and let us know what item or size you would like instead.

Return the item with the packing slip included in the package so we can identify your order.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process and send out your exchange, subject to stock availability.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged

Items returned after the 14-day return period
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number so we can resolve the issue.
